Patients are at the heart of all that the Practice does. You will be able to grow your current skills and experience, dealing with a range of patients and NHS professionals. The right candidate will ideally possess experience of working in a busy healthcare environment. You will run your own clinics. A flexible and positive attitude is essential and you will need to demonstrate good team working and communication skills and an excellent standard of patient (customer) service.
The job role will include supporting the clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care including Chronic Disease Management.
General Practice experience and knowledge of SystmOne would be a distinct advantage but are not essential as full training can be given.
Working hours will be across Monday - Friday for 37.5 - 40 hours/week between 7am - 6.30pm. Days and shifts to be agreed with the successful candidate

Personal Assistant to CD and Management Team
The main focus of this role is to provide effective and high quality management for the Clinical Director and Management Team and provide confidential high level business support as well as: first point of contact for PCN events co-ordination, diary management, work scheduling, handling telephone calls, enquiries and requests, dealing with correspondence, organising and minuting meetings and ensuring high levels of business support are evident at all times. This role may also be based at Hawthorn Drive Surgery when required.
It is a full time role however job share would be considered. The salary for the position will be £9.91p/h with 6 weeks annual leave and entry into the NHS pension scheme.
