Active Blues is a free 12-week course delivered by Ipswich Town Foundation – a qualified team to prevent and manage hypertension through physical activity, education and support.
They will empower individuals to take control of their cardiovascular health with practical sessions, theory workshops covering nutrition, exercise, motivation and managing stress for example.
This programme is ideal for adults over 18 years of age, smokers or ex-smokers, those with or at risk of hypertension, and those wishing to learn more about a healthy lifestyle.
