We are pleased to introduce Dr Sanam as our newest partner, who joined the practice in 2023. Initially trained in West London, she later relocated to Ipswich, where she has consolidated her career and established a strong commitment to community healthcare.
She is particularly passionate about medical education, serving as the lead GP trainer and educational supervisor for GP trainees who join our practice. In this capacity, she provides comprehensive supervision and mentorship, ensuring trainee doctors develop the necessary skills and confidence to deliver high-quality patient care.
Dr Sanam also plays a pivotal role in managing our care homes and palliative care services, demonstrating her dedication to health needs of our elderly population and facilitating provision of dignified end of life care.
As our designated research lead she has integrated clinical research projects within our practice and primary care research network(NIHR), improving patient care through evidence-based findings.
Her expertise extends to quality improvement, where she leads our audit and significant event analysis initiatives, driving continuous learning and service enhancement .She organises our clinical meetings aimed at staff development and education, fostering a culture of ongoing professional growth among our multidisciplinary team
She also oversees our workflow management and promotes innovative approaches to practice operations, underlining her commitment to delivering patient-centred care.
