Cati has been working as a Social Prescriber for the Orwell PCN since March 2020. She enjoys interacting with people and assisting them in achieving their goals. By offering emotional and psychological support, she empowers them to engage with local services that can help them towards a fuller and healthier life.
She is excited to take on her new role as a Health and Wellbeing Coach where she will support the patients at Burlington Road Surgery in taking pro-active steps to improve the way they manage their physical and mental health conditions. In this role, she will help patients acquire the knowledge and skills required to manage their health and improve their quality of life. Through coaching and motivation, she will assist them in identifying their needs and how to set goals for themselves, providing access to interventions such as self-management education and peer support.
Cati obtained a degree in Tourism and Events Management from the University of Suffolk in 2019. She also has a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Management Marketing in Economics Affairs from Ramnicu Valcea, Romania which she achieved in 2008. She is fluent in several languages including Romanian, English and Italian. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
