Christmas donations for FIND
This Christmas, the Burlington Road Surgery family is collecting donations for FIND to support patients and local families.
Staff can leave donations in the staff wellbeing room upstairs or the kitchen downstairs. Patients can leave donations at reception. The last day to donate is 30 October.
Every donation, large or small, is appreciated. Donate festive food, gifts and toiletries.

- Savoury snacks, chutneys & pickles
- Christmas puddings & mince pies
- Stuffing & gravy mixes
- Gift vouchers (with receipts)
- Wrapping paper & tape
- Gifts & toiletries for teens and adults
