Together in Health January 2026
Welcome to our first Patient Newsletter; Together in Health, for patients, carers and families. In each edition, we will share important updates, surgery news and helpful information to support your health and wellbeing.
Surgery Updates
Our team continues to work hard to provide safe, respectful, and timely care for all our patients and their carer's.
We recently welcomed Dean to our clinical team as an Emergency Care Paramedic, who will also be joined by Sam, an Emergency Care Paramedic. Emergency Care Paramedics have advanced skills to work alongside GP's for urgent, same day appointments helping us to provide comprehensive, timely patient care.
Did You Know?
Have you heard of “Message in a Bottle”?
This scheme helps emergency services access key personal and medical information/allergies to ensure prompt care in emergencies.
This information is stored in the fridge with police, paramedics, social services and fire fighters trained to look for it.

Seasonal Health Advice
As we move through the winter months, it’s important to take extra care of your health. Common illnesses such as coughs, colds, flu and minor infections can often be managed at home with rest, fluids, and advice from your local pharmacist.
If you are unsure whether you need to contact the surgery, our reception team can help guide you through the process to the most appropriate service or visit our website for advice.
We have a few flu vaccines left, if you haven't had yours, and your eligible please contact us and get vaccinated.
Thank You
